Arrival in Haridwar & Transfer to Barkot

Arrive in Haridwar and meet our representative. Attend the evening Ganga Aarti if time permits. Drive to Barkot (approx. 210 km, 7-8 hours) via Mussoorie. En route, enjoy the scenic views and visit Kempty Falls. Check into your hotel with majestic views of Bandarpunch peaks. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Barkot to Yamunotri & Back

Early morning drive to Janki Chatti (approx. 40 km). Begin the 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple (ponies and palanquin available). Take a holy dip in Surya Kund hot spring and cook rice in the naturally hot water. Offer prayers at Yamunotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Trek back to Janki Chatti and drive to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Barkot to Uttarkashi

After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi (approx. 100 km, 4 hours), the holy town on the banks of River Bhagirathi. Visit the ancient Vishwanath Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva) and Shakti Temple. Explore the local market and spiritual atmosphere. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Uttarkashi to Gangotri & Back

Early morning drive to Gangotri (approx. 100 km, 4 hours) through beautiful Himalayan terrain. Visit the sacred Gangotri Temple at the origin of River Ganga. Take a holy dip in the ice-cold Bhagirathi River. Explore the surroundings including Gaumukh glacier views. Drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi (approx. 220 km, 8-9 hours). En route, visit Tehri Dam and witness the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers at Devprayag. Guptkashi is famous for the Vishwanath Temple. Check into your hotel and rest for the Kedarnath trek. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Guptkashi to Kedarnath

Early morning drive to Sonprayag (approx. 30 km). From Sonprayag, take a shared jeep to Gaurikund (5 km). Begin the 16 km trek to Kedarnath (ponies, palanquin, and helicopter services available). Kedarnath Temple, surrounded by snow-capped Himalayan peaks, is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas. Attend the evening aarti. Overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Kedarnath to Guptkashi

Wake up early for the divine Abhishek and morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple. Experience the spiritual energy of this sacred place. After breakfast, begin the trek back to Gaurikund. Drive to Guptkashi via Sonprayag. Rest and relax. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Guptkashi to Badrinath

After breakfast, drive to Badrinath (approx. 200 km, 8-9 hours) via Joshimath. En route, enjoy stunning views of Himalayan peaks including Nanda Devi. Check into your hotel. In the evening, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple for darshan and witness the beautiful aarti ceremony. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Badrinath Darshan & Mana Village

Early morning, visit Badrinath Temple for Abhishek. Take a dip in Tapt Kund (natural hot spring). Explore the temple complex including Brahma Kapal for tarpan rituals. Visit Mana Village - India's last inhabited village before the Tibet border. See Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Bhim Pul. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Badrinath to Rishikesh

After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh (approx. 300 km, 10-11 hours) via Joshimath, Chamoli, and Devprayag. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Garhwal Himalayas. Check into your hotel in Rishikesh. In the evening, attend the famous Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Departure from Haridwar

After breakfast, explore Rishikesh's famous temples and ashrams like Parmarth Niketan if time permits. Transfer to Haridwar railway station or Dehradun airport for your onward journey. Your Chaar Dham Yatra concludes with the blessings of all four sacred shrines.
